We operate an annuity reinsurance business, domiciled in the Cayman Islands, that serves primary insurers in the United States. Ascendant reinsures multi-year guaranteed annuity (MYGA) policies, as well as individual fixed index annuity (FIA) policies, sold in the United States.
Our strategy combines the benefits of traditional annuity reinsurance with exposure to digital assets and companies that provide services to the blockchain industry.
